Apprenticeship Components:
City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care
Care Certificate
City & Guilds Level 1 Functional Skills in Mathematics
City & Guilds Level 1 Functional Skills in English
End Point Assessment made up of:
Situational Judgement Test
45 Minute Interview / Professional Discussion

- community-based care
- private care for a person or family.
The qualification is aimed at adult care workers, support workers and key workers in a range of adult care or integrated care settings; and healthcare support workers and healthcare assistants in a range of healthcare settings. The qualification can be used both within and outside of the adult care worker apprenticeship standard.
Entry Requirements:
You should be at least 16 years old. We do not set any other entry requirements but colleges or training providers may have their own guidelines.
